- Camera: Required to capture photos of homework, assignments, and profile pictures for direct upload to the academy's records.
- Storage/Photos/Files: Required to upload existing documents/images from your gallery and to download study materials/notices locally on your device.
- Notifications: Required to send real-time alerts regarding school announcements, attendance, and emergency updates.
- Internet: Essential for accessing our cloud servers and syncing data.
04Data Storage & Security
We take data security seriously. User data is securely stored and managed through our protected backend services, with Firebase Realtime Database used for application data and Cloudinary used for media delivery. We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or data leaks.

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We only use trusted third-party services for app functionality:
- Firebase: For secure application data storage and realtime data services.
- Cloudinary: For professional and secure media storage.
- Railway: For secure backend hosting, server-side authentication, and protected API delivery.

We retain your academic and personal data only as long as you are an active member of The Wings Foundation Academy.

07Children's Privacy
Since this is a school application, we collect data of students (minors) only with the consent of the Academy and Parents. We do not use this data for marketing or profiling purposes.
